HE IS THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS …
“I know your works, and where you dwell, even where Satan's seat is: and you that hold fast my Name, and has not denied my Faith, even in those days wherein my people were my faithful martyrs, who were slain among you, where Satan dwells” (Rev 2:13).
“The time comes, that whosoever kills you will think that he does God service” (Jhn 16:2).
“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake … But I say unto you, “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust” (Matt 5:10-11+44).
“But when they persecute you in this city, flee you into another” (Matt 10:23).
“They shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony” (Luk 21:12).
“Remember the word that I said unto you, “The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also” (Jhn 15:20).
“Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not” (Rom 12:13).
“Then said Jesus, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do” (Luk 23:34).
“To whom you forgive anything, I forgive also: for if I forgave anything, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ” (2Cor 2:10).
“Hear the word of the Lord, you that tremble at His Word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, “Let the Lord be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed” (Isa 66:5).
“And you shall be hated of all men for my Name's sake: but he that endures to the end shall be saved” (Matt 10:22).
“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake” (Matt 24:9).
“But all these things will they do unto you for my Name's sake, because they know not him that sent me” (Jhn 15:21).
“For you are my rock and my fortress; therefore for your name's sake lead us, and guide us” (Psa 31:3).
“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted” (Matt 5:4).
“For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately He talked with them, and said unto them, “Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid” (Mar 6:50).
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (Jhn 14:27).
“Father, I will that they also, whom you have given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which you have given me: for you loved me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father, the world has not known you: but I have known you, and these have known that you have sent me. And I have declared unto them your Name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.” (Jhn 17:24-26).
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Rom 8:18).
“We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labor, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him” (2Cor 5:8-9).
“According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. ” (Phl 1:20-21).
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Gal 2:20).
“For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified” (1Cor 2:2).
“And, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matt 28:20).
